A university project asked for a portfolio to be created on whatever topic you wanted. I chose to create concept art for a fictional Dirge game, starting with character turnarounds. I failed this project and had to resit it the next year, which I have just completed again. I've yet to receive a mark, but I wanted to share how the work changed over the years.
First: Yuri's default costume, edited from the original 2013 version. In retrospect I should have drawn this from scratch, rather than spending an extended period of time refining and fixing the old image. Nevertheless, the outcome feels far more 'Yuri' than the old one did... though it could still use some work.
